UAE Golden Visa Program

The UAE Golden Visa is a prestigious and innovative long-term residency program designed to attract and retain high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals, and talented individuals in the United Arab Emirates. This program offers the opportunity to live, work, and study in the UAE for an extended period, providing a gateway to a dynamic and thriving environment.

What is the UAE’s Golden visa?

The UAE’s Golden Visa is a special long-term residence visa program that offers foreign talents the opportunity to live, work, or study in the United Arab Emirates, while enjoying a range of exclusive benefits.

These benefits
include:

Entry Visa for Six Months with Multiple Entries

The program starts with an entry visa that allows individuals to stay in the UAE for six months with multiple entries. This initial visa enables applicants to complete the residence issuance process.

Long-Term, Renewable Residence Visa

Successful applicants are granted a long-term residence visa, which is valid for either 5 or 10 years, providing a stable and extended period for living and working in the UAE.

No Sponsorship Required

Unlike traditional UAE residency requirements, Golden Visa holders do not need a local sponsor or employer, giving them greater independence and flexibility in pursuing their goals.

Extended Stay Outside the UAE

Golden Visa holders have the privilege of staying outside the UAE for longer than the usual six-month period without the risk of their residence visa becoming invalid.

Family Sponsorship

Golden Visa holders can sponsor their family members, including spouses and children of all ages, allowing them to enjoy the benefits of living in the UAE together.

Unlimited Domestic Helper Sponsorship

Golden Visa holders can sponsor an unlimited number of domestic helpers to support their household needs.

Family Permit in Case of Holder's Demise

In the unfortunate event of the primary Golden Visa holder's passing, their family members are permitted to stay in the UAE until the end of their own permit duration, ensuring continuity and support during challenging times.
